PHBSA EQUIPMENT HAND OUT Mickey Cladas will be contacting you to let you know when you can pick up your equipment. You must have your Background Check Forms complete in order to receive your equipment. Location: Directions: Traveling North on Woodlawn Avenue NW (street beside McDonald’s on West Tusc.). Go to 16th Street NW, which is just before the top of the hill on Woodlawn Avenue NW. The street is not marked but you will see white rocks at the corner of the street. Turn right (East) onto 16th Street NW towards Whipple Avenue. Go 2 blocks and the ball fields are located on the left (North) side of the street at the bottom of the hill. Park in the lower or upper parking lot. If you have to park on the street, please do not block anyone’s driveway. |
